Some answers to questions you may have.
How long does it take to get an advance?
Applying for our service is actually very quick and easy. Just complete the application and we'll review the liability and injuries and make a determination of the approved advance amount. You'll be notified by phone of the amount, then we'll send you the lien agreement and when we receive it back, just tell us how to send you the funds... by Federal Express, bank wire transfer or U.S. mail. You don't believe that if your case does not win, you DO NOT have to pay back the advanced money? Our lien agreement states unequivocally that if there is no recovery, you WILL NOT have to pay your advance back. In other words the pay back is contingent upon there being a recovery. How does the repayment process work? How is an advance different than a loan?
An advance is a legal, ethical financial resource to use in appropriate situations, This is not a loan since the obligation to pay it back is contingent upon a future event, i.e., receiving a recovery on the case. The value of an advance is clear when you have pressing financial needs and are forced to settle for less than you deserve, but for, the immediate advance of funds. After you get breathing room, you can "hold out" for the settlement you deserve.
